Discipline isn’t punishment. It’s freedom on a schedule.
The truth is…
Most people wait until life forces them to change.
A breakup. A diagnosis. A loss. A rock bottom.
But imagine if you didn’t have to hit the bottom to wake up.
Imagine if you just decided today is the day I stop bullshtting myself.
Because your next breakthrough isn’t waiting on more clarity.
It’s waiting on more courage.
Not louder voices.
Just a firmer one inside you that says:
“I’m not going back. I’m not shrinking. I’m not hiding. I’m becoming.”
You don’t need to be perfect to begin.
You just need to get real enough to stop lying to yourself.
